Monthly rate includes residence, three (3) meals daily, scheduled
transportation, daily housekeeping, weekly linen service, personal
laundry, all utilities (excluding telephone), S.T.A. R. Programs,
Brain Gym, assistance with self-administered medication (S.A.M.M.)
and up to 60 minutes daily of personal care.
